Good treatment but unprofessional presentation

My husband and I recently had a massage and facial at the Yemaya Spa branch at The Point Mall, Regent Road, Sea Point. While the treatments were good, I was disappointed by the overall presentation. There were light fitting missing in the treatment room, wires were visible in the ceiling, towels were stained by hair bleach, and one of the the******s was dressed in casual/normal clothes (tracksuit top and black pants). I wished the overall experience was more polished and professional-looking.
