Worst service EVER, highly DO NOT recommend

I thought I would give this place a try on 22/12/2025 at Canal Walk and WOW, I was seriously shocked at how the ladies were speaking about their previous clients not wanting to pay because they did not receive what they asked for. The lady that assisted me was more concerned about getting her transport on time and tried to pass me over to her colleague. She did not trim/cut my natural nails, cut cuticles, nor did she even ensure that she covered the extensions. The end product was not even filed evenly; it was left as it. The lady was too busy watching the time, to look for the right size extensions for me and ended up giving me sizes that were too big, with stories as to why she needs to cut half the extension off and fill it in with gel. I requested a rubber base gel, and she barely had any options available. My "regrowth" is hideous, and it is clear that the entire nail was not painted fully or covering my nail properly, the edges of the extensions are sharp, and my nails has hardly even grown that much yet, but it looks terrible. Money wasted on something I could have done much better myself and then I'm expected to tip. I would NEVER recommend this place, and it is clear as to why it is always empty. 0 stars is even too much.
