Pathetic service

Very disappointed with the service I received from Yemaya in Key west mall.

Made an appointment for a Gelish and a lady by a name of Bongi is so rude.... Does not know what customer service is.... I wonder how did they even hire her..... Service is pathetic and will never do my nails there...
