As a walk in client at the key west branch. I have no words to express my disappointment. First of all my cuticles are bleeding as the the****** ripped them off not even gently cutting them. And then the final product doesnt even look like it was done by a professional certified the******. First time there and definitely my last time. Wish there was an "upload picture" option here
