yellowwood primary school lack of communication

My grade2 child lost her new tracksuit jacket at school. This happened right infront of the school gate where she was waiting on her transport. Shes 7yrs old and left her bag in the waiting area but when she went to fetch it her bag it was open and her top was gone. I whatsapped her teacher about the matter and even emailed the school as i cant take off from work just to adress the matter personally. No feedback was given by the school so she went to the office herself ( a 7yr old child ) to look for it but never found it. We asked the school to please ask via their intercom if any fellow students saw anythng but no help came from this either. Last week some childs shirt went missing and was found and it could be announced via the school intercom so what made my childs situation so different? Im very dissapionted in the way this school went about with her situation because her clothes was expensive to buy now we had to ask people in our street to assist with a old school color top for her to wear.
