YST ITS A ****!

Very terrible experience and I am very frustrated by YST. I bought a dress which did not fit and paid the courier to collect the dress. They confirmed to have received the dress but about TWO months later I haven't received my refund. I have been following up with these people and to this date no response no communication. I am bitterly disappointed by this store and I want my money back! I never buy from them again.
