YST are *****ing from customers

I have had so much issues with YST. I did an exchange 2 months ago and they did not send everything back. They have to date still not sent the missing item. They are *****ing from customers! I have been chatting to them on Whatsapp. Everytime a different person replies to me and then I have to explain the entire situation again. The customer service is pathetic. The people that work there have NO IDEA what they are doing. PLEASE do NOT buy from these people. They ***** from you!
