YST and Dawn king couriers bad service

Poor customer service. I purchased a dress and it arrived on the 27th December, the dress was too big and the material was not as advertised, I booked a return and paid R99 for courier,that was on the 27th, received an email on the 28th that the courier will pick up the dress. However they never collected my parcel.

I have been contacting them but to no luck. YST does not reply to any of my emails and calls. I want my R99 back then that stupid dress I will have to donate.
