YELLOW SUBTRADING IS THE WORST ONLINE STORE

I ordered sizes that were too big, had to log a return in which I was liable for the courier fees, paid the courier, courier collected the stock, took it back to Yellow subtrading and they sent me back the exact same sizes. Never did the size exchange. Now I lost out on the clothes as well as an additional R99 courier fee, that's not even including the original R150 courier cost. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. I've sent emails regarding this, and it has fallen on deaf ears. Also the number they provide doesn't even get answered, it either rings or stays off!! I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE
