Yellow sub trading terrible service lately, why

Ive been a customer for YST since 2021 without complaints, my orders were always accurate and their service excellent, they used to call if theres any issues, i ordered on the 24th of June, till todate im stil waiting for my order to be shipped atleast, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails bathulile nje im worried
