Yellow Sub Trading Poor Service

I bought a dress from yellow sub trading and they delivered a wrong dress that I didn’t order. I then requested a return and refund, they did process the return but never refunded me. I last received an email on the 10 of March saying the refund has been processed but when I do a follow up I’m not getting any response. I’m so disappointed with their service.
