Yellow Sub Trading is completely wrong and unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am completely disappointed about the treatment that I received from this business. I both 2 different pairs of sneakers that were never delivered. I asked them to either send the sneakers or refund me but nothing happened, even after sending them my bank details they chose to remain silent .The phone number to call is always off and you can't even leave a message. What this business do to people is very wrong and unfair!
