Yellow Sub Trading is a ****. Bad Service I placed an order on the 27th April and paid same time but it was still showing payment due and they never delivered my order even when I paid extra for faster delivery to my door. I queried with them and sent proof of payment for the order. I opted for door-to-door delivery and i am still without my delivery. I needed the outfit for the 3rd May hence I opted for the speedy delivery. I followed up with them but they are not giving me any feedback. I demanded my money back and still no response. Last month in July someone from there called me they found my order and will deliver the next day even promising a voucher for the next order which I blatantly told him that I'l never ever again order from them. Up to now the order has not arrived. I have been logging calls for customer service they close my queries without even attending to my enquiry. I have never received my order that I placed in April. I have made several follow-ups and no response received from your side. I even asked that if you can't deliver rather refund me. Still no refund.
