YELLOW SUB TRADING DOES NOT REFUND YOU WHEN YOU RETURN THEIR ITEM

Yellow sub trading dresses online is not exactly what you get. the material was so bad and i had to return the dress the following day ( 04 November ) I'm still waiting for my refund and today its (28 November) . When you call they make promises to refund you but they don't refund you . I am so disappointed and i will never order from them again.
