Yellow sub stinking service

Poor service this shop has. I have been begging them to process my return since December, finally collected in January after I wrote a complaint on their Instagram page, now it's been a week they received the parcel but they are not processing the refund,you send them WhatsApp they blue tick. Such nonsense
