Yellow Sub refusing to refund me

I placed an order with Yellow Sub Trading, both dresses were not fitting and I requested a refund, however, it's been over 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my money, of which their policy states refund takes upto 7 days. Every time I call their department they send me from pillar to post, when I request to speak to the manager, I'm refused by the agents, saying the manager is out he had an emergency. They have their items with them, but refuses to pay my money back, so I paid for dresses which I did not wear, I no longer have in my possession. I want my money back
