Yellow Sub not responding to emails

I bought some items and they were delivered yesterday. I sent them 2 emails already on *** telling them that my jacket from these items came without its belt and they went AWOL on me. I even made an offer that, they can add it to my next order, they went silent. Perhaps this is the end.
