Yellow sub not refunding it's customers.

I bought clothes in December 2024, where I had to return an item. My refund was processed but till this day (May 2025) I haven't received my refund. And I've called multiple times and I was referred to payfast and when I contacted payfast they reverted me back to yellow where I got no assistance.
