Yellow Sub MIA after delivering incomplete items.

I ordered two dresses from this company and they sent me emails as soon as they received my proof of payment, they sent me tracking details and on the tracking system it says 2/2 items. I received a call on Friday the 7th of August from one of their sales men and he told me that they don’t have my size on one of the dresses so I requested for a refund. He said they will send me an email. I kept on making contact with them via email but they stopped responding. When my order arrived it had only one dress.
