Yellow card refund issues

Hi all. To let you guys know that, there is a app for trading bitcoin etc and to have a digital wallet to trade with. This is yellow card. Please be aware of there operations of payment methods cause I have not been credited yet for a first payment I did to trade to have it in my wallet but didn't arrive in. They were in payment link with peach payments, But with so meaning issues I pointed out about no money is in my wallet yet, they then changed their payment method not a company I'm not sure, but was thinking that yellow card account has my first payment I desposit to then to be transfered to my wallet, but instead they took off my personal bank account again charged me twice!! Even tho my desposit was successful but the principle of it was not correct. All I'm asking if for my first amount I desposited to be refunded to me, but getting emails it didn't reflect, being ****med etc about having wrong bank details but had dealt with that bank details before.!! Instead of doing business in normal trading hours during days, they email at night time!! Have a telephone number doesn't go thru! Please guys do your homework first if you keen to do trading and needing to find a safe secure wallet app.
