WRONG PACKAGING ,SMALL SIZE BELT FOR MEDIUM SIZE BELT.

I have purchased a size 34 black faux leather pants on the 28 July and my order came the following day on the 29 July which is good service ,but then my order came with a small size belt.The package of the belt labelled S.I thought maybe it will fit but it did not.I emailed them with my concern then i got a response from the owner of the shop this is what he said"Hello Dolly,Hope this email find you well.You can't change the belt only.Kindly Regards,Nasir Nur'

Then later that day i got an Email from one of the customer support Team by the name of Nokuthula Ndlovu asking the pics of the belt,i sent the picture of the belt and the pants.She asked if i would like them to come and pick up the belt and exchange with the correct size i said yes.I have not heard from them since then,i have emailed with no response. Since we are in this global pandemic the world is evolving with Digital business.So imagine if you get across with businesses like Yellow Sub Trading people are so skeptic to buy online,trust and the reputation of the business on the line here.
