Worst Service ever

I am so disappointed in the service I received I am so unhappy, so on Wednesday at 14h39 using payfast I placed an order and sent proof of payment via email as I did not receive the order number, I then called on Thursday morning and spoke to Juliet and advised her of my issues, then she said would get back to me which she did not, then I called again around 13h45 and spoke to a Nokuthula or Nokubonga not sur of her name spoke to here and she assisted me and advised that pay fast payment is not released mere fact that I sent proof of payment to show the payment was made I feel order was supposed to processed I paid 138 for overnight delivery which clearly Statses I need the items before Friday evening, the service is so poor and I must say this will be my last purchase on your website, very disappointed and unhappy .
