Worst service ever

Pity there is no option for a minus rating, i placed an order on 27/08/2025 and only received my order after 2weeks of sending emails back to back with no response. I had to return the order because the event had already passed and till this day 01/10/2025 i have not received any communication regarding my refund . No one bothers to respond to emails or calls to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement I’m disgusted
