Worst customer service

Absolutely terrible shopping platform ! The worst customer service I ever had ! I order 3 items online and they took it upon themselves to remove 1 of my items at the cost of R500. Apparently it was sold out and they tried contacting me. However they claim seems to be false because right until this very day the item still shows in stock !!! They told me that they have forwarded my details to the finance department and I will recieve an email once it’s been processed but right up until today it’s been 1 week, I have no gotten any email to atleast say my refund has been processed ! I want back my R500 !!! Furthermore, the other 2 items that arrived, 1 of the items came without the belt. As advertised and on their reviews the item does come with a belt. When I asked them about it, they said when I do my next purchase they will send the belt. How am I supposed to make my next purchase without getting my money back !?? They take hours to reply and even if they do; there is never a solution. I have 10 different people helping me from emails to WhatsApp but the issue is still not fixed. I want back my money and the belt that you owe me !!! The fact that you claim the item is sold out is also false because I have proof of everything that I am stating!
