What a disappointment

Returned items on the 10th of December 2025 and was told that I would be getting my refund.Today is the 9th of January 2026 and have not received my money. I have been sending emails like an idiot to ask about it but as usual, no response. Too quick to take our money but very ******** when it comes to refunds
