Very unprossional and cannot deliver on time

I paid R250 for overnight delivery. It is 4pm and no delivery. Why did I pay overnight? For fun? This is my last time purchasing from this store and I want a refund. Pathetic service!!!!! I even called them but still they failed, VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!
