Very bad customer service.

If there was a zero, I would rate yellow sub trading a zero, I've waited for my online order for more than 2 weeks, I decided to ask for a refund because I needed some of the things before Christmas and now it's after Christmas, now they are not answering my calls, not replying to my emails, not responding on my whatsapp texts.
