Unresponsive Customer Service Refund Still Pending

I purchased clothing items from Yellow Sub Trading but unfortunately had to return them. Since sending the items back, I’ve been trying to get my refund. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service team, I have received no response at all.

This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers expect timely updates and resolution when dealing with returns and refunds, but in this case, I’ve been left completely in the dark.

I would caution others to be careful when ordering from Yellow Sub Trading, as my experience shows they do not handle refunds or customer queries responsibly.
