Unhappy Customer - Yellow Sub Tradining

This company is so unprofessional. I placed and order and sent proof of payment then booked for my courier company to collect my order. The courier company went twice to collect and yellow sub kept saying they do not know about my order. It was outfits I needed for my birthday weekend and so I was left straded.

When I called them and spoke to Abdul he said they made a mistake and there is nothing he can do because they courier company does not work on weekend.

Just like that, money down the drain.
