Unhappy customer and furious

Unhappy costomer Good day I bought a leather trouser on 22July and it arrived on the 25 July I ordered through online and paid the couriers fee of R100.. My problem is that the trouser is pealing off.. Which is I think it's material problem So wanted to return it.. Was told that return policy only covers if they ordered wrng things for me . So nw they are saying mst get my own courier to return the package and must pay that courier fee when I return the package bt its their factory fault nt mine
