Unhappy customer.

I will never ever make a purchase at yellow sub this company doesn't know anything about customer service, I made a purchase on the 1st of October on the 2nd I got an email saying my order is on the way I paid the 3-5 days delivery, and that was the last time I received any information from them regarding my order, I called and they told me my order Is ready for collection at the store!! How?! When I paid the delivery fee and now I've been calling them its the 6th of November still haven't received anything when I call they tell me to hold I was surprised when the other lady said someone else's name on my order number.

My advice DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE, MY MONEY WENT DOWN THE DRAIN
