unhappy client!!!

21/10/2023 I bought items on Yellow sub . I mistakenly opted for Pargo instead of delivering t my address. I have then informed them on the 27/10/2023 I will not be able to collect order, I opted to pay extra to have the items delivered to me, I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me and no one is willing to assist!!!! today is the 23/11/2023 no one is getting back to me, I have sent numerous emails, I have called, at this point all I want is my money.
