Unacceptable Service — Still Waiting for My Refund from Yellow Sub Trading

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I've received from Yellow Sub Trading. I made a purchase, and after countless promises and delays, I still haven't received my refund. It's completely unacceptable that a company can operate like this and show zero accountability to its customers. Their communication is appalling, they ignore messages, give excuses, and fail to follow through on what they say. I have been more than patient, but this has gone too far. I'm posting this on HelloPeter because l've exhausted all other options. I expect Yellow Sub Trading to respond urgently and process my refund without any further delay. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and proper service. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money with Yellow Sub Trading. They are unreliable, *************, and completely unprofessional.
