Terrible items and terrible customer service

I ordered 3 items form yellow sub trading. 1 item was a reject, the other was supposed to be an S but looks like it would fit a L and the last one looks nothing like the Pic. I paid R99 for delivery and my total order was R700 and something. I paid for delivery to get not one item that was up to standards. Now when I ask for a refund they say they will give me store credit. Which I don't want because I don't want to buy from them again and get bad quality items once again. Furthermore the lady who responded to my email says the item that's a reject is meant to be low on one side and high on the other which is lies because that's not how the picture is. Now they have stopped responding and their phone number doesn't work.
