Still waiting for my refund!!!!

They were out of stock for one of the items that I ordered and they asked me for my banking details so that they could refund me. I've been waiting for my refund since April. I asked them to credit my yellow sub account so that I could buy something else. They completely ignored me. I sent emails and messages on their website, they still ignored me.
