Extremely bad service and false adverti*****t. I placed an order of 3 items in June 2024. They were so quick to deliver, it took them a day or so. When items received, one coat have no belt and no fur collar as advertised. When I contacted them via email, I was told the coat doesn't come with a belt and fur collar despite that the coal has hooks for belt and on item description online is described as it comes with a belt and a fur collar. After I pointed this out on the email there was no response. Till today they have not come back to me
