SERVICE NOT SATISFYING

I just called pdp since I saw that my parcel YST635037 has stopped moving while tracking it,and the lady who answered me said that Yellow sub trading didn't pay for my order so its on hold.How is that?while I paid for my order and delivery?

And I just called Yellow sub trading and the lady said she will call me back she doesn't have answers,How?system doesn't show customers order details when you Type the order number?I would like some to help me on this. I loved ordering for this store but I think I will change my mind after this.
