Ridiculous Service!

I placed an order for clothing items on the 17th of December. Items were delivered in East London, yet I stay in Cape Town. I called and emailed numerous time, I have not had a response yet. Courier companies are desputing the parcels. I still have not received my parcel no response. I will never order from them again. Service is ridiculous!
