Revolting/ Disgusting service

I am extremely unhappy, i placed an order and paid on the 19/01/2024, to day its the 31/01/2024 i still have not received my order, There hasn't been any resolution as they sent an email on the 25/01 which confirmed the cancellation of the order without just. The service from their consultants is revolting.
