Refusing to refund me and ignoring my emails

I am hurt that I am even crying for my own money. They refuse to refund me after I have even provided my banking details.

I had to use money to courier and they got the items back but why keep my own hard earned money.

I need my money back, they not even responding to my emails, everyday day I have to put a follow up.

I have reached out in all platforms but still no help
