Refund Not Received

I purchased clothing from this store at the end of November and received my order on time which was on the 6th December 2021. The one item had a reject and the other item didn't fit so I requested a return on the website and then sent a email stating I want a refund because I didn't know how to request the refund on the website. These items was suppose to be my Christmas outfits. On the 7th December I received a email back with assistance of a courier being booked to pick the order and the courier picked up the same day. On the 8th I received a email saying my items where received and my refund was approved. On the 9th I was asked for my banking details via email which I responded to and was told that the refund takes 5 to 7 days ( note that it was not made clear if it was working days )So I waited the 7 days out and still excluded the weekends and I didn't received my refund so I emailed on the 16th December to follow up but I didn't receive a response back . I kept emailing up until the 23 December plus I sent a request on the website for assistance. On the 24th I received a call to send my banking details because I didn't have my banking details on me immediately I asked the lady is I could send it on the whatsapp line she said no problem. So I sent my details on the whatsapp line but have not received feedback or my money back up till now. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service has it was easy to take my cash but it's taking so long to receive my cash back. I would never recommend or shop on this site again. I really need help to get my cash back. I'm so tired of sending emails and I don't get a response back. It's been 3 weeks already since I requested this refund and I still have not gotten the money back .
