Refund not being processed

I bought items on order YST163830. Order was delivered 12th of October. Nothing fitted so I called to ask how to do a return. Was advised to return via courier. Returned the parcel via courier on the 13th.Called on the 14th and was advised that return was received and refund would be processed that day or by the next day. I Called the next day refund not processed and was told will be done. It is now the 18th. My calls have been blocked or left to ring until it goes to voicemail. I was given the managers cell number. He refuses to accept my calls and now has also blocked my number. Should this be an indication that I'm not receiving my money, if so please let me know so I can speak to my lawyers. I wil never buy from this place again, they have no sense of customer service and the ladies that work there hav eno way of speaking.
