Refund nightmare

I placed an order and the quality was very bad, the socks were torn. Vividly so, I wonder if the person that packed them didn't see. Well I bought their return ticket for R99 for them to come fetch their clothes.

They did but I still await my refund, It's been 10 days already, all I hear is promises. I called them today and was told refunds are only done on weekends.

I think its a waste to buy anything from them cause they gain R250 from me for delivery and returns.
