Refund for returned items never received from Yellow Subtrading

If I could give Yellow Subtrading less than 0 stars, I would. I recently bought items online and they were delivered. I returned some items because I did not like them and they acknowledged receipt of those items via email on the 19th of November 2025 and stated that my refund will be paid within 5-7 working days and I have been waiting for that refund ever since. I call them, wait in line for more than 10 minutes, all to be told that I should write an email instead by an automated system, I have sent various emails but all I get is the fact that my ticket has been generated and that's it. I feel like I have been *****ed and ****** by Yellow Subtrading and essentially I have paid for items I don't have in my possession. Never ever again will I ever make a purchase from that place and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy, if ever I had any. My personal experience with them this time has left a sickening taste in my mouth, their business etiquette is appalling, to say the least. Sies!
