Refund delay and theft

I pu highwaist pants on the site and before they shipped they called to tell me that the colour I want was not available.I then requested a refund and I have been waiting ever since, they do not communicate they give you false hope and not answer phone calls when I call.

They are on Instagram and Facebook as Yellowsub Trading I need a refund of R320
