I've placed multiple orders from this store and the sizes are never true. I recently ordered a coat, a few days later I was told that my size isn't available and offered a refund. I responded with my banking details, it took them 2 weeks to acknowledge receipt of my details. It's now been a month and I still haven't received my refund.
