Poor Service

I bought pants, but the size is small and paid the return fee, but the pants have not been collected, I send emails, and called but nothing,, but you were able to tell me that you haven't received payment, now that you gave received it you guys are quiet, you don't respond to emails or DM's, very disappointing.
