Poor quality material and paying to return is unacceptable

My first experience with the YST team was a dream very quick and practically delivered the next day. I was really impressed with my first order and delivery experience and thought to give them a second try. Biggest mistake of my life. Because I want a refund on an item that didn’t match the image they posted and it wasn’t quality material - it was basically ugly. Now I must pay to send it back to them. How does that work? Delivery is not refundable and now I must send an item back at my expense and that’s not going to be returned either? I have unfollowed you on Instagram and will be sure to never order again- no matter the temptation.
