poor customer service when you need refund.

I wish I had checked review here before I went online and purchased dresses. I had to make return which was collected successfully in time but I'm still waiting for my refund even today.their online service wene you want to do refund,is very poor they don't respond to emails..I have sent several emails but nobody is willing to assist me.they don't take customer's serious. I'm so disappointed with their service
