Poor customer service, attention to detail and neglecting customer’s complaints.

I bought a swimwear and specified a size but they delivered it in a wrong size. I bought a small size, it was written small on the package but the sizes on the swimwear was XXL. Upon realising this , i immediately called them and I was told to send them an email with pictures attached. I emailed them twice and they never got back to me.
